Ibuprofen: with food?

Thankfully, I take ibuprofen so rarely, I have to check the directions each time. The kind I have, its label doesn’t say whether it should be taken with food; it offers no opinion.

Yet, nhs.uk recommends taking ibuprofen with milk or food in order to lessen the likelihood of stomach upset.
