Lifestyle: baking sheets

Self-tutoring about cooking: the tutor reflects on baking sheets.

We have numerous different baking sheets. Some have special coatings, some have specific designs, etc. Two are stainless steel, from the 70s or 80s, that have nothing fancy about them: they’re my favourites.

My experience is that a special feature seems to come with extra maintenance and/or caution. I like the old stainless steel pans because I don’t have to worry about them. In my opinion, cooking or baking takes enough concentration without having to worry about maintenance.
