It seems longer ago, but on Sept 23, 2019, I wrote a post about intermittent fasting.

I can’t recall how that went. However, I restarted a few days ago. I only eat between 4 and 10pm. I’m down a few pounds.

I’ve reflected about why intermittent fasting might work better, for me, than other dieting methods. Its simplicity is key.

I’m not interested in calorie counting or portion control. However, only eating from 4 to 10pm is simple. If it’s some other time, I know I can’t eat, so I don’t think about it.

Ironically, the past couple of days, between 4 and 10pm, something has come up that kept me from eating. Perhaps as a result I’ve lost even more.

I’ll follow up.
