I’m in Parksville again–I always love it down here. Last night, after checking in, I set out to get a bottle of wine.

A kind was on special. It was offered in Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot.

I’ve always wondered: What’s the difference between Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot? This time, I asked.

“Merlot is a little drier,” was the reply.

I hope I can be so straightforward with my explanations as the clerk.
