Lifestyle: what do white roses mean?

Self-tutoring about roses and their relation to holidays: the tutor mentions white roses.

I bought three roses for my wife for Valentine’s Day. The red and yellow were planned; the white was impulse.

Red means love, yellow, friendship…what about white? True white means “innocence, purity, and new beginnings;” cream signals you’re thinking about the receiver.

I’ve always liked white (or cream) roses.
