Plant protein: easier on the kidneys?
Self-tutoring about health: the tutor mentions a possible preference towards plant protein.
I’ve heard murmurs that sometimes soy products can have their own questions, health wise. Yet, the only problem I’ve found that implicates soy is soy allergy.
I stumbled onto this article here, at kidneycommunitykitchen.ca, which seems to suggest that plant protein might be gentler for the kidneys compared to animal protein.
Interesting, eh?
