Seasons: when you can see your breath July 5

Self-tutoring about summer life: the tutor mentions a surprise.

This morning I was out before 7am, arranging the yard waste for pick-up. At one point I noticed I could see my breath when I exhaled.

I checked the weather conditions: 98% humidity, 13°C. That temp is common here for July 5 7am, but usually it’s quite dry here in summer. I guess the extreme humidity is why I could see my breath outside this morning.
