TI-83 Plus: more about creating and editing lists
The tutor continues about lists on the TI-83 Plus.
I began about lists on the TI-83 Plus back in my post from January 24, 2015. Now I want to continue.
My favourite way to enter a list is from the STAT menu. STAT, then EDIT, shows the lists available from there. To start a new one, move the cursor up to one of the list titles, then press 2nd DEL (which is INSert). You’ll see a new list open under your cursor; the one that used to be there will be shifted over. Using the ALPHA keys, name your new list, then start filling the column.
Once you’ve entered the list, you can confirm that it’s in there by pressing 2nd MODE (which is QUIT), then 2nd STAT (which is LIST), then selecting your new list from those shown. If you called your list TED, you’ll see lTED on the screen when you select it. Then, pressing ENTER, you’ll see its values across the screen.
I’ll be talking more about the TI-83 Plus in future posts:)
