Windows 10: perfmon /report hangs?

Self-tutoring about Windows 10: the tutor mentions an observation.

perfmon /report, entered in the search box, can offer same as a command. If I just left-click it, it hangs infinitely. If, on the other hand, I right-click it, then click “Run as administrator,” it will work properly.
