Canadian economy: top three provinces by gdp per capita
Self-tutoring about Canada’s economy: the tutor finds an interesting gem.
Among Canadian provinces, the top three, by gdp per capita, are apparently Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Newfoundland. All three are buoyed by petroleum and/or natural gas.
When I lived in Newfoundland in the early 80s, times were hard. It seemed the fishery was struggling, while its oil industry was perhaps in its infancy. Not anymore, apparently.
