Driving: how many kilometres per year?
Self-tutoring about driving: the tutor mentions a statistic from ICBC.
Apparently, the average distance a vehicle might accumulate per year is 25 000 km, according to ICBC.
Our car averages less than 10 000 km per year. I admit, I don’t leave the house most days. Therefore, I wondered what 25 000 km per year looks like, as they say.
Of course, there are 52 weeks in a year; imagining just 50 for round figures, that’s 500 km per week.
Interesting, eh?
